Though it's not a requirement, I wanted to make a formal announcement nonetheless.
As you no doubt remember,
@Sapphiron very graciously took on my role as Jarl when I was absent, actually, even sometimes when I was here but far less than active. He immediately took it upon himself to post the _____ of the month threads in a timely manner, and has continued to do so without hesitation. He's also been an active part of the Roleplayer's Gathering, and still runs an RP in there to this day. After my return to Wintreath, he has been graciously taking on a role as a Thane and still has been very proactive with culture, which is something I greatly appreciate. So I would like everyone to
formally welcome Sapphiron as one of the "new" Thanes of Culture.
I'd also like everyone to welcome
@Laurentus as the next new Thane of Culture. Like Sapphiron, he's been a monumental help in keeping culture fresh and alive (The RP guilds, helping keep the RP area alive and thriving, helping in posting the ____ of the month threads...including proposing the very first Wintreath's Finest of the Year), and I feel like he deserves a spot in the field. I was very excited when Laurentus accepted the invitation, and I know that he's going to be a fantastic addition for Culture as he's already proven.
Unfortunately Laurentus will be
replacing @Reon, who has been inactive in the department. As much as I appreciate Reon as a member, Culture is one of the areas that
cannot fall into inactivity, and is one I certainly cannot do alone. I have much faith that with both Sapphiron and Laurentus as Thanes, I think Culture will continue to pave the path to progress and success.

@Wintermoot could please update the list, that'd be awesome.
