Wintreath Underhusen Election
Nominate and Stand for Election!

Here you may nominate someone for or stand for election to the next term of the Underhusen. As stated in the Fundamental Laws only Citizens of Wintreath can be nominated for or stand for elections. Once you have stood for election, you may begin campaigning by creating a topic in this forum. Elections will begin one week from today, on 1 February 2016.

Aw what the heck. I stand for election.

Well this makes our overhaul more time-constricted... We've got to pass Underhusen reform in the next week!! 

In the event that Wintermoot's proposal doesn't pass the Underhusen, though, I'll stand for election, too

I'm Standing. Besides even if it DOES pass, it still has to be accepted by the citizenry-

I stand in case this doesn't pass, though I'm hoping it or something else does.

We don't have to pass Underhusen reform in the next week...it's more important that we get it right than that we do it fast. What will happen is that once passed, the UH/OH will become a caretaker legislature until the first 'term' under the new system kicks in...so let's not worry to much, ok?

More importantly atm...woo! We have four people! Welcome to the campaign!

We could always pass other bills in the meantime while the citizenry votes on the matter. I suppose that if the bill did pass, it would take effect March 1st to give time for Storting members to vote on a Speaker?

  That's most likely, yeah...

I also nominate @Gerrick, who I feel got badly burned in the last election and has more than proven his service here. His influence, experience, and input with organization and the Constitutional Convention will prove invaluable in this potential final term of Underhusen.

So, since Govindia asked... even though I get annoyed at him at times... I have nothing else better to do than nominate Govindia... and at that rate, I'd rather not bring back the rivalry of Gov and Chanku... but as I like to say, "Ah, why the heck not."
Note: If anyone nominates me, my campaign would be, "I've not experienced, have no motives, I was just nominated so why the heck not. So a vote me is a vote for random!" so I don't suggest it...
