This region had relations with Wintreath before our policy of providing a topic consulate for non-allied regions. This "consulate" consists of threads from this region's former embassy merged together to serve as an archive, so that it can be accessed as part of our current system. -Wintermoot

It is my son Jonah's fault. He had access to the nation which does the blunt of our Recruiting as I buy stamps on it.

He is being dealt with. He sent them to other regions as well. You will get a full apology, please, keep the embassy.

If that's the case, then that's unfortunate. However, it's your account and you're responsible for it.

Our policy on regions sending out recruitment telegrams to our nations is very clear, and we don't expect that behavour from any region, especially one in which we maintain embassies with. Already one of our nations have tried out your region, only to return. An apology sounds nice, but what good are mere words if the damage has already been done?

I'm sorry, it wasn't anyone in the Government, or Monarchies fault that Jonah did this, he is being yelled at on skype, and it will soon be publicly posted on the forums.

I understand that this is your policy, but Jonah didn't know any better, I ask that you forgive KBI, and not punish the region for one person's mistake.

If he wasn't in the government, why did he have access to a regional recruiting nation in the first place? The fact that he had access in spite of not being in government makes it even worse, not better. Even if he didn't know better, someone else should have when they gave him access, and I suspect that someone is you.

If I may step in...

You gave Jonah the password to that account. As the person in charge of the region that account represents, you are responsible for everything it does or fails to do. In this case, you are indirectly responsible for your region sending out spam to our region, and many others. So, no, it is not one person's mistake. It is your mistake for trusting him with your recruiting account, and it is Jonah's mistake for sending the telegrams in the first place.
