  • For FtA it can be explained that either during the expansion or the war a lot of races were wiped out, most of the surviving ones being humanoid...or something like that...
    See you later space cowboy.

  • I'm not sure that makes sense. The odds of running into humans are slim. Evolution would probably take a lot of different courses in each space-faring species. Even having so many humanoids in FtA is already rather nonsensical.
You're calling Star Wars and Star Trek both nonsensical.

Besides, I never described the Aesir as humanoids. :P

    • To sit back hoping that someday, some way, someone will make things right is to go on feeding the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last - but eat you he will.

  • It is an established fact that Star Wars and Star Trek are nonsensical. *Cue everyone throwing me with eggs*.

Anyway, it would make sense then if the Aesir are not human or humanoids.

But I'm still not comfortable with having it set up as rigid canon.

  • I believe that your statement is correct, but at the same time, the Aesir could have known the Wintrean galaxy and explored as well, so we could run into an Aesir ship, I believe that it would be unlikely though...
It would be more likely to run into a system controlled by the Aesir, correct?
It is possible, depending on how we establish the history, the Aesir could've owned part of the Wintrean Galaxy and then have Wintreath take it over.

We could use the multiverse theory to have as many established timelines as we want.

Wintreath better offer a damn good treaty that appeals to the Aesir. :P

By "have Wintreath take it over," I wasn't originally thinking of by treaty, but by conquest...
