I changed my population as well. I realized that my nation isn't even large enough to support one billion (especially seeing as how Africa has one billion people, and my nation isn't even as large as that), and plus it is northerly and spread out like the Scandinavian nations. There is no room for too many megacities anyhow, with all the nationally-protected forests and all. You can have your original population back, @Bodobol.

Lysander is a noble hailing from the major trade port of Acaria, Aepheadrith. His family owned many estates in the area and one of the country's richest trading company. However, several raids have been done on company property by extreme socialists. He has decided to become Acaria's delegate to help deal with these problems.

He is a strong-willed man who will stop at nothing to get his goal done. He can be very convincing at times and is also a man of logic.

He owns a mountain home, and is currently a multi-billionaire. He has no heir of his line however.

Description: Brian was appointed to be the Geramundoan delegate to the Wintrean Union by his younger cousin, Gerrick, the president of Geramundo. The two single children grew up together in well-off families and became as close as brothers. After they graduated from university, Gerrick followed Brian’s steps and joined the civil service, though Gerrick moved up in status to eventually become president, while Brian remained in lower, less-significant positions. Gerrick did not forget his cousin when deciding on a WU delegate, remembering how Brian was able to bring people together when they were younger and that he had a spark of genius in certain circumstances. While many have criticized this choice, Gerrick is confident that he will not let him down, noting that Brian just needs the chance to shine.

Brian is a good-natured (though mostly incompetent) diplomat who wants to be friends with everyone, especially those he sees as “cool”. He sometimes debases himself to appeal to others and has a quirky (yet unfunny) sense of humor. At work he sees himself as professional and tends to follow the rules to keep order, though outside of work he believes he is also cool and better than those deemed not cool (but this may also appear in his work life). If his opinions are ignored or his ideas knocked, he may take it as a personal offense and lash out at others, though he will often quickly make amends with those he considers friends.

Are there any current internal crises/conflicts/etc. in your nation? If so, what are they? None at the moment, though the newly-formed Geramundo First Party, which is based on the ideology of right-wing authoritarianism, is just starting to gain steam and plant the seed of dissent in the nation, largely because of their so-called plans to improve the economy.

Description (personality, any other information you wish to include such as bios): Stephen Zheng was raised in a scholarly family and attended the prestigious University of Scarlatti in the nation's capital, studying mathematics and physics. After attaining a doctorate, Zheng entered postdoctorate research and eventually returned to his alma malter as a professor of physics.

His research in nuclear energy gained widespread recognition in Alcubierre's scientific community. When his colleague became First Consul in Alcubierre's technocratic government, he named Zheng Consul of Energy. Zheng was later elected into the (again technocratic) Senate for several terms before the First Consul appointed him as Wintreath Union Delegate.

Zheng tends to be rational and cool-headed. Though he can sometimes come off as cold, Zheng will "open up" with those he knows better and reveal a warmer side to his character.

Burns is a man of high stature. He was born into a good life, with a above average class family. This allowed him to attend a good college to study law. Graduating from college, he was a successful lawyer, helping defend the poor. This earned him a name, which was brought to the attention of the government, who gave him a new opportunity, to be their delegate. At first, he was hesitant, but when he saw what good he could do for the nation, he signed up.

Burns tends to be methodical, logical, and keeps his cool under pressure. He tries not to get personally offended from his work, keeping a business face for most of his public appearances. He does soften up with close friends, which he has few of since he isn't quick to trust.

Appearance (optional): Sarilla is blonde, agile, tall and young. She's only 22 years old, and could have been a supermodel.
Description (personality, any other information you wish to include such as bios): Princess Sarilla is the Imperial Prince's only daughter, and third in line to inherit the imperial throne. She is sure of herself, moralistic, idealistic, and dramatic. Despite that, she cares deeply about her country and people in general, but places the many far above the few, a trait that few expect from the daughter of one of the most powerful dynasties in the world. Despite this, her behaviour (and borderline-arrogance) can infuriate people from time to time.

Are there any current internal crises/conflicts/etc. in your nation? If so, what are they? Yes. Declaring Laurentus States as the heartland of the Laurentian Empire makes relations between the five countries that make this empire up particularly difficult, especially given the distance between some of these nations.
Is your nation involved in any wars at the moment? Yes, a civil war between Hatoria and Kuncache, over Kuncache's restless drive to make slavery legal once more.
