This map is NO LONGER being used the Wintrean Union RP. Please use the current thread to make your claims.

Claim a spot for your country on the map here. Sign-ups will be up shortly, along with my own claims. Thanks again to Gerrick for generating the map and modifying it to make it prettier. 

For scale, the continent on the right (starting at the two narrow bridges connecting it to the other) is about the same size as Africa. You may claim as much land as you wish, but please be reasonable. Zemas and Laurentus, who have both expressed interest, have some fairly large land claims - I'll excuse them from that last bit since they previously established the size of their countries, but for everyone else, be sure to leave some room.

Please mark your capital on your land claim, and submit your claim as a picture of the most recent version of the Claims Map edited with it (it doesn't need to be neat; that can be fixed later).

Also, the political center of Wintreath is not visible on the map, but it is located around the south pole. Here is the map of the political center, drawn some time ago by Weissreich.

Just draw out your borders in paint/paint.net/similar program. Sectors would be possible to do with this map, but I'd need to have either Gerrick do it or get the map seed - and, in my personal opinion, the map looks kinda of ugly when sectors are added by the generator, which is why it's being done this way.

Which land-mass was designed with the Laurentian Empire in mind again?

And my apologies for not adding the Acarian Empires to the map. I had finished creating it before Commnader_Zemas uploaded his. At least he didn't take the land I was trying to claim

Originally it was the landmass that Zemas claimed.

Zemas, you're by no means required to change your position, I'll accept it either way, but would you perhaps mind moving your claim to the northern part of the larger landmass for this reason? I like the canal by the way, neat little detail.

Accepted! Due to my question towards Zemas I'll be adding this version of the map to the OP for now and I'll update it to include whichever claim he chooses.

Oh, I've missed quite a bit, sorry. I had originally intended Barnes' land to be Laurentus' along with some of the larger islands near the equator. So yeah... where are you taking then @Laurentus ?

I assumed this, and also assumed Zemas would be taking most of the northern portion of the other continent (since iirc in the interest thread he said his nation was far in the north). We'll find out how this will work when he gets back.

Or Barnes, if you'd be willing to move for Laurentus.

EDIT: Not saying you have to. Just an option
