We're getting there.

It's been two weeks since I started watching what I eat, and three days since I started an exercise program...overall, my body is still sore, but I feel more energetic, and I hope that means that I'm losing weight. I've also been spending a lot of time on Minecraft this weekend. To me, just doing the mining and building is mentally therapeutic. When I was ill a few years back, I must have spent entire days on Minecraft while I had old shows playing on Youtube. I suppose I feel that after the last few months, it's time to spend more time on doing things for me...though of course I'll still be here a lot.

You've done so much for this place in the last half year it truly is staggering.
I know what it's like to put in effort for a community, I was part of an ArmA III unit for a while that completely sucked up my time with setting things up and running it, and I've been a part of many communities over the years, and I want you to know how grateful I am for your efforts. There is nothing like knowing that if there's a problem, there is someone who can probably work on it, and if he can, he will solve it.
Moot, you're amazing, both as a member of this community and as a really, really good friend. I cannot say how much I appreciate your work and efforts. If you need anything, I will try to help you with it to the best of my efforts and to my abilities.

I can not even begin to wonder how much struggling you've experienced these six months. It's something that I can't do, truly.

Insenjar recently said I hadn't been as sex-oriented lately. Actually, for the most part raising this community has been a joy and a pleasure. I like building things, especially things that people enjoy and use, and that's both why I like Minecraft and why I'm so happy that Wintreath took off...I've met a lot of great people that I didn't know when we started this thing, and I think we've done so much more than we ever accomplished in Spiritus. We started a unique community from scratch with people you can't find anywhere else in NS...we have roleplays, we have Minecraft now, we just had one of the best elections I've seen in any region. We have good activity, in spite of some big setbacks in the last month with people leaving because of real life.

I think Wintreath is a great place to be.

If I'm stressed at all, then it's mostly been because of changes that have happened over the last month...everyone has to deal with change, but I absolutely suck at it when it strikes close to me. There's also things that happen outside Wintreath. In spite of having been in NS for over a year, the sheer amount of lying, political games, backstabbing, and disingenuous behavior that happen in gameplay is still surprising to me sometimes. You can have people literally say one thing one month, and the exact opposite the next, and the only difference is that they have a different agenda to push. The realization that this is how politics is in real life is pretty depressing, and reminds me of why I try to not even read political news anymore. I'm glad we've managed to keep that out of the region, too, though sometimes I wonder what I was thinking joining a political simulator.

I wouldn't change it though...the positives definitely outweight the negatives by a huge margin.

Words of wisdom Moot . You've built this region from ground up, and it's damn well thriving. And after only half a year, Wintreath has just hit 500 nations. One of NS's largest, and definitely the greatest.  ;D Gratz moot!
