I actually thoroughly enjoyed the touring college thing as well.  The atmosphere is amazing.

I don't wanna go, all the ones my mom wants me to go to are three to eight hours away, and I hate being in cars that long ;-;

I am sad...initially I was planning on going to the Midnight Kaledash pre-release at a local game shop tonight, but then a friend of mine said be PROBABLY won't be able to do it (and said friend is my ride). He called me a few hours ago and then when I tried to call him back/text him he didn't respond until about an hour or two later...saying he could...and my dad said no...but hey there's always tomorrow's noon event...

I'm sorry that you're sad, @Chanku. I know you were looking forward to this event, but maybe you can catch the thing tomorrow...I hope you can...

Apparently I don't work today, but also apparently nobody felt like mentioning that to me before today or even when I got there, so I woke up at 6:30 for no reason, and I worked for 15 minutes because the guy who is working today got there late. Plus, Tuesdays are the easiest days, and Wednesdays (when I usually have the day off) have the ad-books that need to be delivered. So basically I'm a little angry and want to punch somebody in the face.

In other news, there was a KKK rally in our neighboring town last weekend at its big autumn festival. I was working since it was a Saturday, but my wife (being the kind of person who hates hate and has to try and change the world) attended the "anti-rally party", which was across the street. She and the others who organized it wanted it to be some free love party where they blare the Beatles and dance or some shit to show that the KKK is just plain ignored. She stayed up all night the night before and painted signs with flowers and quotes because apparently the thought of a KKK rally made her unable to sleep. At the anti-rally, she sat on the ground with her posters and made and passed out flower crowns. That's my wife . But at least she's not like the bunch of college students who came later and just chanted bullshit like "What do we want? Peace! When do we want it? Now!" at the KKK members, like that'll do anything. You can read about it here.

If the KKK came to my neighborhood I, personally, would have started throwing Molotov cocktails. Although I know that would probably put a damper on the autumn festival.

So I donated blood today. I am honestly surprised that they let me.

I have that whole guys that like guys not being allowed to give blood thing going against me, myself.
