Again, this is a topic that travels with me everywhere I go.

Ah, I'm kinda nervous doing this...I'm really doing this because people brought up the possibility of a regional forum, but who knows how successful it will be, if at all. Not that I have really high expectations. I founded this region to store my nations in while I decide my NS future, after all...I would consider even a small community to have been successful.

All I know is that I'll keep working and hopefully good things will come.

That's the great thing about software you host yourself. You can add stuff like that in.

I admit you've made me like SMF here. I'd never be able to run it though, I'm not technical enough. I'd be lost on an SMF admin panel.

While I appreciate your kind words, that actually seems to be the SMF default way of doing it.

And yeah, I don't deny that SMF has weaknesses...it's pretty clunky when it gets to the admin and user panels, but it's not bloated like many other forums. It's pretty easy to hook into a website too...and you know, all the weaknesses can be changed.

Oh, yeah. It's the changing I'd struggle with.

I can't say I'm horribly experienced in changing SMF stuff, but it can't be too bad.

You work with computers for a living though.
