Do they have accompanying graphics? How is progress tracked?

They do indeed. There are a little over 100 total that I've created, though ~60 of them are just ranks of the ~40 unique badges.

I think at the beginning it will all have to be manually given out, but if Wintermoot gets the time, he'll try to automate some of them (like posts, karma, threads created, etc). I'm pretty good about keeping on top of stuff like that, but we'll probably also have a thread where people can claim their badges, then I'd double check and then give them the appropriate badges.

Don't forget the badge contest you held for Summersend!

Do we also get free games when we get badges?

Yup! It's called "Badger Badger," in which every time you see a badge you are obligated to watch a badger video. =D

I've realized I haven't said a peep in days

Sometimes it's so exhausting to spend months successfully recovering and be so happy that you feel confident, stable and secure again only for you to crash and burn in less than a week and have to live in a miserable state of paranoia and anxiety until it eventually becomes manageable again.

Stay strong, @Mariam! I know how it feels to not have the stability in life to keep building confidence, but as long as you keep trying and do the best you can you can still be proud.

grindr continues to confound me. I messaged a guy that I'd seen on a lot. He complains that this area is shit because there's nothing but bottoms wanting sex in this area, while he's a bottom that's wanting sex in this area. The chat didn't go anywhere, which kinda sucks cause he's the only asian (sorry, asians are like my biggest weakness and it's rare to find one here in rural whitesville) I've seen on there, but I did the best to reach out to him that I could, so I have no regrets.

I have no idea how, but this thing I made on Planet Minecraft has 5,000 views, 2,500 of which were today.

Apparently, I did something right . I thought it was good how something else I made earned 1,500 views in over a year, but this got 5,000 views in a month. It seems that Planet Minecraft somehow makes it easy for a lot of people to see something you make (especially if said thing has a clickbaity title like mine did). I've seen some good quality projects on Planet Minecraft that don't get nearly this many views, but this got lots of views even though it's not very good quality. My project that got 1,500 views over a year took a while to make, while the other one took 15 minutes or so.

My long campaign of contempt is ended.

This guy was making fun of me today because of my sexuality. I very loudly threatened the well being of his eyes and skull.

Like two hours later he came up to me and apologized. I'm like so shook because of it.


But anywhoodles I just started a painting of a skull with some sugar skull aspects. It's gonna have a 3D effect with a felt jester hat. I'm way excited about this painting guys!
