So I finally got everything together...took about 5 hours though (most of that time was spent at the Social Security Office and at the bank). So I can actually adult now.

I would expect that sort of thing on Tinder or Grindr, but grommr isn't a hookup app/site...it's a general site for bigger gay/bi guys. It's just incredibly disheartening and frustrating that any interest I receive is exclusively sexual. At that point, I might as well just be a sex toy because they obviously don't care about who I am as a person or anything I am on the inside...which is more important than the outside!

You're right, and I'm sorry.

I just wish that for once someone would message me and be like "you seem like a cool person, and I'd like to get to know you better" or even just start a general conversation. Hell, I try that sometimes, and I end up feeling awkward as hell for doing so because it's like to them I'm supposed to start hitting on them and get things sexual asap. So I started a Summer Program last Sunday.

In this program I live on Campus and take classes and just learn how college works in general. This past week has been really weird but it'll be the correct schedule starting Monday. So expect me on in the evening for the random posts. Mostly in this thread as I rant about my day.

So think of it not as absence so much as a very subdued presence for a while. I'm still here just not as much as before. Which is why I stepped out of government as I felt I wouldn't be able to fulfill my duty to the capacity I want to.

So today we took a field trip to the Renaissance faire and I bought a tarot deck. Fun times. Watched a joust to the death, held a khopesh as well as a spear. It was a lot of fun!
