  • Hello, everyone! It’s time to nominate a Game of the Month for December!

As usual, you are allowed to nominate any games that you feel your other fellow Wintreans should try out, as long as they are accessible to most of us. Such games include classic games (eg. GBA , PS1, N64, Dreamcast), flash/java/web games (kongregate.com), free MMO games (onRPG), mobile games and PC games that are easily obtainable. Also, please keep it legal if any of the nominated games have a price tag (aka no illegal downloading).

Nominations will last for three days from this post and the voting will begin immediately after that.

  • I nominate Her Story.

It may not be to everyone's taste, but I found it to be one of the best games of the year.

This review should give you an idea of the type of game it is.

  • I nominate Mu Complex. I love puzzle games and this is by far the most difficult I have ever played. It was released on Steam in October, but I played it earlier this year over on Kongregate, along with it's sequel some time after that. I did beat them, but it was by no means easy. I still have a notebook covered in notes from when I played. No game has ever challenged my mind like this one has and I highly recommend it. Hundreds of people came together to try and beat this game and it took a lot of time. The time and effort that went into beating these games, on a community-wide level, is reminiscent of the Cicada 3031 thing that baffles the world's best minds, although not nearly as difficult as Cicada 3031's infamous intelligence, Mu Complex left countless gamers dumbfounded. By now there's a walkthrough on how to beat it probably, but if there were, don't use it. This game is so much fun and using a walkthrough would just ruin it for you. I'm curious if our community has the combined skill to beat this game and I'm sure everyone involved would enjoy themselves.
