Continuing to post here for some consistency

Zemas has been quite inactive for awhile and posted in another RP thread saying how he was too busy to really take part, so perhaps you want to take over, Robin? You were second-in-command and have obviously been trying the hardest to get this going again.

North posted last asking a question to Zemas, which is what prevented us from going further, so perhaps we can get around this by cutting off the conversation with something go horribly wrong, incapacitating the inactive shore party members (Zemas (Captain Aleksandr) and Daoine pacaiste (Doctor Aine)) in the ensuing trouble. Bodobol (Surveyor Aria) can just remain inactive on the ship. If they come back and decide they want to take part again, then we could heal them or whatever.

We'd of course need to allow everyone else time to be prepared to post if we do reboot this way, though.

From there we could perhaps regroup on the ship to allow everyone else the time to get reacquainted with the RP (ie, reread over everything), allow those who don't want to take further part to officially "quit" (their characters can just fade away into the background like Bodobol's or die if they want), and plan for a way to allow new members to join if they wish.

Just a recap of the current situation:

Explorer Gunther (me), Aviator Hendrik (Laurentus), Scientist Fern Hun (Rass), and Doctor Aine (Daoine) are at the shuttle locked on the station. Hendrik was shot in the shoulder but has an EMP grenade. Fern Hun set up a sentry turret and is manning an LMG.

Captain Aleksandr (Zemas), Explorer Anderson (Hydra), and HKR-07 (North) are in a maintenance shaft, heading towards the armory/command center?

Commander Tomalek (Robin) and Engineer Zerick (Aragonn) are heading towards the station on a shuttle with two more shuttles full of security personnel following. Zerick is wearing a protective exoskeleton, and there are several other exoskeletons and EVA suits on board the shuttle.

Astrogater James (taulover), Scientist Aaben (Eldarion), and Surveyor Aria (Bodobol) are aboard the USS Wintreath.

I think that the best option at this point would probably be to somehow timeskip into the future to a Wintreath station or something to allow new people into the Roleplay and allow inactive characters to "disembark" and such.

Yeah, I think it'd be best to mention everyone and get their thoughts. It'll let us see who's still interested as well.

I think it's a bit dickish to just kick off characters. Have them incapacitated, yes, get rid of them entirely, no. In my humble opinion, at least.

  Very true.  What I meant was dock somewhere and do crew "transfers" and stuff.  Allow new people on, you know?

As in just wipe everything out and restart from scratch?
