Writing stories would certainly help, but there are definite differences. Please be aware of the General Rules of RP, as not following them can lead to an unpleasant experience for yourself and your fellow RPers.

Your brief absences can also be written into the RPs you participate in, but the Game Masters would need advance warning.

Thanks Laurentus. And the problem with my absent is that they're unplanned. It's an issue I have, I'm working to get rid of it.

Hmm, what you could do is write characters for whom it makes sense to disappear every now and then. There is some precedent for this, as with @North and his HKR character in Wintreath Space Expeditions.

We're very community oriented, so we're prepared to work with you to come up with something that works for all of us.

Is there not gonna be a listing for Lore Master? Or are we doing away with that position?

I'm still waiting on @taulover to confirm whether he'd accept GM. If he isn't inclined to do so, I'm thinking of making you my co-GM to even out the workload.

So really it's all going to be decided by taulover's response.

The game thread is in the Amalyan Quarter because it's a regional event, while the discussion is in the Gaming Lounge because it's a general game discussion topic not necessarily related to the event. And Minecraft...ehhhh, who uses that forum anyway?

@taulover If you haven't decided yet, your indecision is killing me.

Sorry about that; I forgot to respond. I'd prefer a more secondary position, as I don't consider myself as good at RP, but if you want, I could take the GM position.

I'll leave that up to Aragonn and you to discuss. My thoughts were that Aragonn might be a bit too busy.

Anyway, I plan to have like a council at some stage.

I'm only busy right now because of the move. I have a bit of a random schedule with my part time job, but that shouldn't keep me from doing what I would need to do.

I guess here's where people still apply?

1. RP'ed in The East Pacific for at least two to three years, prior to the Empire's arrival.  Was pretty good with NS RP there, as well as on NS General for a few months.
2. RP'ed in TWP for a few months during my time on NS General.
3. Was an advisor to RP in Feudal Japan
4. Served briefly as RP Advisor in TNP and was involved in RP in TNP for a few months there.
5. Have RP experience character wise in Imperial Britain as well as outside NS, in one on one RPs through a LiveJournal community.

Total RP experience, about four to five years?
