Welcome, and congratulations on your elections to the Underhusen! The first order of business is to select a Speaker...someone that will enforce the procedural rules of the chamber. If you are interested, please stand for election here. This topic will remain open for the next two days, at which point voting will commence.

I decline to stand as I feel that I am to inexperienced to be Speaker.

I would be interested in the position, not sure how well I'll do never done this sort of thing before, but I think I have seen good ways to preform as speaker from the last 2 terms.

I will not stand... I believe that I am not experienced enough in politics in the region to be able to be an effective speaker.  This is my first term, after all... better to watch and learn about how the speakership works, first.
