2) Are you replacing an ambassador from this region? If so, who? I am replacing The Changling Horde since she has CTE'd

3) Does your region already have relations with us, or are you requesting an embassy as well? Our regions already has relations, though we could take it to the next step, you know, Regions with benefits.

I didn't know XKI did regions with benefits, but it does sound very intriguing.
