I'd like to put Flame in the Flood into the spotlight, if you might be interested in a survival game with a twist. I love the gameplay, graphics and music, and find the whole experience so relaxing, it's fast becoming the most played game on my Steam library, according to Steam stats (30 hours and counting).
It is in early access though, so that's something to consider when looking at it.
