Preface
In order to protect our region from our enemies and to allow Wintreath to prosper, spying and election fraud must be outlawed.

1. Title
a. This document shall be cited as the Anti-Spying and Election Fraud Act.

2. Definitions
a. Spying is defined as: gathering information on Wintreath, or its officials, for malicious uses or with malicious intent. (Also known as reconnaissance.)

b. Malicious intent is defined as: the objective of performing any action that could lead to the harming or destruction of the region as a whole.

c. A spy is defined as: an agent employed by a region or organization to obtain secret information, used for military, political, regional, organizational, or personal gain.

d. Gain shall be defined as either an outcome for the parties information is provided from/the member who divulges the information . This means that if any region/organization/person(s) is damaged by this information, or the intent is to make another region/organization/person(s) look better by making another region/organization/person(s) look worse . Whether through logs or screenshots, or any possible way information can be taken from a IRC, telegram, or private communication from members.

e. This will NOT cover things such as telegramming/messaging members over things such as bills, WA resolution’s, evidence in a crime for use in a trial, in keeping evidence for a trial, to prevent a coup, or for operations in R/D, so long as operations from Wintreath are not revealed to members not in the Hvitt Riddaral, or been given specific clearance to see such information.

f. Election fraud is defined as a misrepresentation or alteration of the true results of an election or the illegal interference with the process of an election. Acts of fraud affect vote counts to bring about an election result, whether by increasing the vote share of the favored candidate through improper vote counting, depressing the vote share of the rival candidates or both. Also called voter fraud, the mechanisms involved include illegal voter registration and improper vote counting.

3. Punishment
a. Should a person be found committing these acts, under a fair and just trial, then they shall be subject to being banned from Wintreath and shall have their citizenship revoked.

This Act is up for vote.
This Act requires a Majority(3/5) vote to pass.
Members may vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.
