I actually wanted to go for something from Elfen Lied, but quickly discovered all the bad-ass stuff out there for it was either overly gory, or way too suggestive. Except for Lucy's eye, which just isn't distinctive enough.

So I went for Ryuk because it is suitably dark. In case everyone hasn't noticed by now, I usually like dark things.

EDIT: And I quickly discovered no epic pieces of art exist for Third Impact from The End of Evangelion. And since Evangelion's animation was fairly shit (let's face it - we never watched that anime for jaw-dropping animation), I couldn't find a decent pic of an Angel or Eva either.

I finally found a usable image of my favourite quirky engineer. if anyone recognizes her i am both impressed and disappointed in you.
