If you could change/create one law in Wintreath, what would it be and why?

I would like to create some sort of program that would allow Wintreath to connect with its fellow NS regions in some sort of inter-regional Olympics of sorts. Computer games in lieu of track events though... Like Civ V, Minecraft, and other things that we have so far but maybe add a couple more games and make it a more interregional thing. I think that would be fun. 

Do you have anything that you think requires immediate attention? I'd be happy to hear the concerns of the electorate!

What can be done as a whole, for the next UH to work on?

To answer Govindia: I believe that I could possibly bring a unique viewpoint to the UH, what I would do differently would be entirely dependant on how effective I thought the UH is and go from there, honestly. I don't have any experience in the UH, and although that gives me a few disadvantages, it also allows me to remain open to unconventional UH work, I hope.

The next UH could also work on some way to get citizens the ability to hold referendums and participate in regional politics more. Additionally, I would be open to discussing anything else brought up to the Underhusen. I don't really know much about our interregional affairs other than the experience I've had working with Chanku in the SV/WHR, really.
