Hey! As some of you may know I am Chanku L. Kestar. Once again I am running for Underhusen. Why should you vote for me? Well:

• I have personally drafted or helped write the Citizenship and Demonym Act, Charax Romanov Act, the Anti-NPO/NLO Citizenship Requirement Act, the Definition of Public Act, the Lazarus Treaty Repeal Act,the current rules on declassification of Storting discussions, and others.
• Further bulding on that last point I am mentioned within the Code of Criminal Laws explicitly and thanked for helping laying the foundations of the act.
• I have served in the Underhusen several time previously, as well as the Overhusen
• During the last session I was called serveral times into topics about the validitly or legality of laws by both Skrifa Church Of Satan/Toucan and Laurentus.
• Skrifa Church of Satan and Skrifa tatte have both called me: "One of the best legislators in NS.

Long have I served Wintreath, since the beginning in fact. With regards to The Storting, I am pro-transparency, as such I will disclose my holdings in other regions:

• GRA - Citizen/Legislator(Inactive)
• Spritus - Citizen (Inactive)
• RIA - Citizen (Inactive)
• TEP, TSP, GRA, RIA, and the FRA - Ambassador

So what are my goals for the next term? Simply put, I want to improve our current Judicial System, for the time being. Given that no one can decide on what to do with it, I feel it is best to work on our current system and fix it. After all, it has become evident that it needs some work, some fine tuning if you will. After it gets into a decent state of operation, we can then decide on how, if at all, to replace it.

You may have legislative experience, but you have not shown you can get along with everyone.

That said, i am going to ask you two direct questions:

1. Will you finally show respect to me for once as I am a citizen and a human being?   

2. How can you assure the region you can get along with everyone if you refuse to treat me with respect?   

3. If we both get elected to the Underhusen, how can we be assured you can put personal differences aside and work with others in a CIVIL and RESPECTFUL manner at all times ?

4. There have been several proposals to a court system, including one that Weissreich proposed.  Why not use those ideas?

This is somewhat of a loaded question. As such I can not really answer.

Again loaded question, however it's also known that you do not get along well with most of NS. Also you refused to treat Pengu with respect just because he wrote the Revocation Attempt, and then voted against it. Even after he was nothing but civil to you causing him to end up taking a break, which was directly stated to have involved you.

And the same could be asked to you Gov. However I will at least attempt to restrain myself.

Weissreich hasn't proposed any changes to the court system, he merely elaborated on the system he designed. Further I never rejected those ideas, at the moment it would be best to have a working court system and not alter it radically.

1. No it's not a loaded a question.  You have stated in your last campaign you would not respect me as a person, and don't feel that you have to.  It is a direct question that requires a YES or a NO answer.  Now, please answer the question.

2. Not a loaded question.  It's a known fact you've argued with a lot at times, probably out of personal spite.  What happened between Pengu and myself back during the Revocation is irrelevant now since Pengu and I have resolved our differences like civilised adults.  Stop deflecting and answer the question please.  Explain how you can assure the region as I asked above.

You're rarely even on at update and lack the capability to effectively take point in any operations, yet you continue to try to gain titles elsewhere in the region and neglect your department.

Gov, you do this every election. Every election you single out the candidate(s) that you have an issue with, which literally every time is the same exact same issue, and keep pressing until they lose their composure.

Can you try to maintain some bit of professionalism? This is an election, not an episode of Jerry Springer.

No, because I'm inactive and I don't really participate in anything. I'm not even on their IRC usually. I'm a CINO (Citizen in name only), so I doubt it's much of an issue.

Well considering the fact that the Military HAS actually been active recently, and I have planned a few more ops. However these have been put on hold due to personal issues. I also have an unstable sleep schedule as such there are times when I am online during update, and times that I am not. I've been trying to get into a stable schedule recently (and school is starting back up soon).

Further AFAIK the only person in the WHR that can trigger is Wintermoot. Besides I can learn and I am attempting to learn. Also you can see this is merely not an attempt to gain a title, as it were. I am rather active within the Legislative branch, as can be seen this past session.

Why not appoint a Thane then?

Good luck, Chanku! Though I anticipate the UH will still be graced with your presence anyway if you're not elected.

I'd just like to state that regardless of Chanku's performance as Jarl of Defense (I don't really know what he does or doesn't do to be honest) he is an absolutely amazing legislator. Wintreath would be lucky to have him as a member of The Underhusen again.

Indeed, I value Chanku for his knowledge of Wintrean Law, but, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way Chanku, you really need to work on your way of talking to people.

Further than that, I agree with CoS's assessment.

Personally I don't think anyone in the WHR at this time has the experience, track-record, and dedication for being Jarl, when I find someone that is worthy I will appoint them.

Also if you wish to argue why you should be Thane, this is a personal matter between me and you as such I will not be responding to any further questions on this topic.

I have addressed them previously in this thread. As these are personal issues, I will not answer any more questions from you about respect here.

However as a clarification on number 4.
Could you PLEASE link me to said ideas, only recent thing by Weiss recently was a post with a guide to use the judicial system, which is currently unconstitutional anyway due to certain parts of the Judicial Offices Act.

Aside from that I don't really want to do any LARGE changes such as bringing a huge overhaul to the system. Overhauls include a law explicitly allowing Lawyers, Amici Curiae to be filled, and creating procedure for the powers vested into the Storting themselves by the Fundamental Laws. My goal is not not amend the fundamental laws, unless it is to clarify the existing statues, we can focus on that for another time after we get our current legal system working .

Would you please address my earlier questions that I have asked in this thread.  They do concern your temperament and I feel that these are valid questions that must be addressed in a direct and satisfactory manner.
