Now that I have this game, I could actually be a part of this!

I won't have my computer for the next 2 weeks and I'll still have to learn how to play, but then I can join.

Do you have any tips about strategy or the game in general?

My tips are to explore the different civs and experience their different playstyles until you find one you like the most. As well as to keep your eye on gold and happiness while playing.

My personal favorite civ is the Inca due to how their unique ability affects gold income and movement speed, but you'd need a DLC to play them. Out of default civs I like how Rome plays with early war and expansion while still being able to hold their own in the later eras.

Egypt is good for a wonder game, Attila is good for pretty much any military gameplay.

But it is still a good idea to explore the different Civs and experience how they handle in order to find your ideal playstyle.

But let's not forget that I own Egypt in Civ V games xD
