I checked in, I have a haircut at 2, expected for it to finish by 3:30(including other family members). I'm not sure what the traffic would be like, so would it be fine if we started about 10-30 minutes later?

That might actually work out well for me as well.

I most likely won't as I have to go home for my wife's family Christmas party thing today. And afterwards I'd most likely go to my mom's house where the internet connection is god awful.
