    As pointed out by Hannah, Laurentus has been absent for 10 days without notice and motioned to empower the Speaker Pro Tempore, which has been seconded by me, The Speaker Pro Tempore.

    As such I call this motion to vote per Article 14, Section B.@HannahB, @tatte & @Aragonn, please vote either Aye, Nay or Abstain.

    I guess this is technically passed...which makes Cos the first Speaker Pro Tempore in Wintreath History to be activated by the UH itself. Further it makes Laurentus the only Speaker that didn't activate his speaker PT by choice.
