    The current Speaker (Laurentus) has not posted in 10 days, as such I motion to temporarily empower the Speaker Pro Tempore (Emoticonius) to preside over the Underhusen.

    In the intrest of completeness I will mention there may be a slight issue:  according to section 14b of the Procedural Rules the Speaker has to have been inactive for longer than 5 days without notice, the statement does not accurately define "activity", as such there is ambiguity and room for debate as Laurentus came online briefly 3 days ago...

    But I continue with the motion regardless! :) Do I have a second?
