1. This act shall be titled The Repeal of the Treaty Between Wintreath and the People's Republic of Lazarus Act

Repeal
2. The Storting hereby repeals the Treaty Between Wintreath and the People's Republic of Lazarus in its entirety. The People's Republic of Lazarus has been dissolved and the existing treaty doesn't have a mechanism for applying to the new government of Lazarus. It is necessary to repeal the existing treaty to establish a new one.

I basically took Chanku's bill and modified it a bit, since Chanku's was a bit of a mouthful.

So what do my fellow Skrifa think? Can this be improved upon somewhere?

It's very straightforward with its purpose bluntly stated, I'll give it that.

Yeah, straight and to the point, I can't really see any issues with it myself.

One thing though, might it not be useful to specifically state that "the treaty and all articles pertaining to the treaty are being repealed" but if anything that is just semantics.

Hmm, the word "entire" should probably be included. I'll get straight to it.

EDIT: Done. Added "in its entirety" to the second sentence.

It's a repeal for a treaty with a government that no longer exists. This bill is adequate, therefore I motion for a vote.
