NOTING that The Black Riders have recently been overthrown after the expulsion of Bob Moran from the region;

POINTING OUT that this act was done after The Black Riders, as well as The Land of Kings and Emperors, were found to be using unethical recruitment means;

APPLAUDING The Armed Republic of UnitedGermanRegions's efforts in withdrawing all embassies from raided regions;

ACKNOWLEDGING that there still exists a very large raider contingent supporting The Ridin' Raider of Ridersyl to counter The Armed Republic of UnitedGermanRegions;

WISHING to congratulate The Insane Region for spearheading the attack;

NOTICING the irony in the entire matter, in that The Black Riders, the most feared military region in the world, were themselves overthrown in a single day;

DISGUSTED that the condemnation badge, meant to "describe shock or dismay at a nation or region," as described by the World Assembly, has now become a badge of honour for raiders;

ARGUING that the condemnation badge represents the raiding behaviour of The Black Riders, and should not represent the new order;

HEREBY REPEALS SC #127 "Condemn The Black Riders"

Interesting situation.  I don't really understand all the references made to other regions and nations cited there, but I do also lament the fact that many people strive for a Condemnation and will even vote for their own Condemnation.  For that reason, I wouldn't mind removing the distinction from whatever TBR becomes, as they might look upon it as a proud reminder of a grand history or something.

I'm not entirely sure of the reason for this condemnation to even exist.  I understand the idea of "well, it's still something that should be condemned, so yes."  But the fact that people tend to relish their titles, it does seem like a pointless action that will just get them more attention than they really need.

I'll most likely be voting against this.
