For reference, I want to remove the framework and start from the ground up entirely...

I am aware, but as Point Breeze had pointed out, rewriting the constitution will require quite a bit of time so for the time being, let's have a nice set of Fundamental Laws of Wintreath.

Are you intending to address typos in other laws with this, as well? If so, I have a few for you...

This act was targeted at the Fundamental Laws of Wintreath so if you were referring to  the other laws, it would be a separate bill. Please feel free to point out the typos you were referring to though, but for the record, I wouldn't have the time to compile them till my examinations are over.
