The Sultanate of Grand Sultanate of Sudan. (I know, there is a huge mistake in the name already.)

2) What is your World Assembly nation? If you don't have one or are WA mobile, state so.

3) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where?

Nope..

4) Do you serve in any official roles in any other regions or organizations? If so, what are they?

Does WA count? If so, then yes. WA.

5) Are you new to NationStates?

No... Whatever do you mean by that? I-I know my ins and ou- oh, forget it. I'm as noobish as can be. Well, not really, but anyways... wait, what am I doing?... (Yes, I'm new.)

6) What timezone are you in?

Timezone? IRL, East Coast. Other than that, idk.

7) How did you find out about Wintreath?

I am really interested in government and politics, and was searching for a nation designer/simulation. I stumbled upon NationStates, and it was love at first sight. Need I go on? 

Section II: Interests
Based on your answers, we will help you get involved in any aspect of the region that you are interested in! Indicating interest here does not commit you to joining any aspect of the region. 1) Would you like to serve in Wintreath's military, the Hvitt Riddaral?

Oh, yeah! I'm definetly not letting that slip through my fingers. I love having a piece of the action!

2) Would you like to be part of roleplays on the forums?

Just gonna go on a limp here and say.. YES!

3) Are you interested in joining a regional Minecraft server?

When I can get my Minecraft account back, yep.

4) What other interests do you have?

Book reading (big LOTR fan here, just a warning!), gaming (mainly strategy, but then again, I am an oddball, so I play lots of other games), saving presidents, sports, defeating dragons to make my wizardly powers known across Skyrim, the usual.....

Well, to say in the least, I really want to make an impact, not on region-mates, but on my friends and regional family. I wish to partake in any and all dealings in this region, because I wish to make a good impression on any and all who wish to see. I want many things, but I can cross one thing off my list (damn it, Civ 5 DLC not getting any love, lol), assuming I become a citizen. That thing is, in fact, my own country surrounded by caring region-brothers. (and sisters. never forget the ladies! You won't live to regret it.) (^_^)

The Wintreath Chronicles: For those who are into the "Worldbuilding" segment, you will have a blast here! This subforum is dedicated to expanding the historical, geographical and cultural aspects of Wintreath, with topics ranging from describing notable landmarks within your individual nations or the region as a whole to creating a fictitious religion that originates from within the region. I am pretty sure there are many here who have put in lots of effort into creating a brilliant Factbook for your nation so why not share your masterpieces with your fellow Wintreans. Not to mention, you will be able to find like-minded individuals and their writing here.

The Wonderful World of Wintreath: For those who are into the casual/light roleplaying, this is the place for you! This subforum is dedicated to providing a platform for in-character interactions and conversations without a specific central plot. Everyone is welcomed to set up their own buildings. As of currently, we have a tavern, a resort, an orphanage and a cathedral. 

Roleplay Discussions and Proposals: Basically, this is the place for roleplay creators to gauge the interest level and decide whether or not they will go into the specifics and for potential roleplayers to ask any irresistible questions that will determine their involvement or lack there of. You will find me lurking there too.

I hate to be a bother, but when I try to go onto the tab "Nations," it states I am not a member. Is there a process??

That's a good question...as you are certainly a Citizen at this point.
