I believe I need to clarify my stance.

I am suggesting a referendum as an alternative to the Default Seats of the Underhusen Act since it involves citizen engagement, reduces the possibility of a completely inactive Underhusen while still being able to "prevent an accidential, or purposeful, lock-up in which no resolution CAN occur at all. Essentially preventing any elections from taking place", which is also the main purpose of passing the Default Seats of the Underhusen Act in the first place. My suggestion does not remove the power of the current Underhusen to decide for the number of legislators in its successor. As long as the current Underhusen manages to pass an Underhusen Seating Act in time before the elections, this clause will not come into effect.

You've been nominated for Underhusen many times in the past, but you've always declined citing that you didn't want to get involved in the political end of the region. Other than your "desire to contribute more to the community", what drove you to stand for election this time? Also, were there any particular aspects of the current Underhusen session that you were dissatisfied with?

Besides my desire to contribute more to the community, one of my motivations came from reading the laws of Wintreath. I will admit that I am rather obsessed with spelling but a simple copy and paste on Microsoft Word would have identified many of those errors. I also dislike inconsistencies, such as whether "Citizen(s)" is capitalized in all legislation.

As for dissatisfaction, I believe I have expressed my disapproval of the Default Seats of the Underhusen Act and the last-ditch effort on the Amalya Paragon Act. Besides that, none of the Skrifa apart from Joshua Bluteisen commented on The Citizenship Revocation Clarification Act, which in my opinion is undesirable because that shouldn't be the attitude towards proposals brought up by other members of the Wintreath family.

What areas do you want to see improved?

Why should I, with my stances, vote for YOU?  What can YOU do for ME?

As previously mentioned, I would like to rectify linguistic mistakes and ensure accountability of the Underhusen. The former is through amendments and the latter is through making sure citizens actually have a voice in the formulation of laws and that the Underhusen is actually listening to them. My promise to the citizenry includes you, nothing more, nothing less.

Well, since you're in the unfortunate position of being in a run-off election, do you have any last minute comments on why you'd be a better candidate than Point Breeze or Chanku?

Nope, no comments. Let the citizens decide for themselves.

I actually very much like that answer.  Everyone is a very worthy candidate, and I think all three of you are equally good candidates in your own ways.

To turn Laurentus' question a different way, Why do you feel you should be elected to the UH?  Aside from the issues that you want to fix, what is it that's uniquely you that you have to offer to the UH?  In other words, What do you have to bring to the UH that it hasn't seen before?
