Sorry, I fucked up the name it is Champions Online...

Isn't Champions Online an older game? I seem to remember people talking about it like a decade ago...

It's been around for a while... Nox is a much better at these describing things than I also plays it more than I.

It's been around for a few years.  I can see the appeal in it and enjoyed playing it a bit...though I prefer DC Universe over it just a tad more. 

Elder Scrolls Online just recently went Free to Play so I nominate that one. Hard.

You still have to buy the overall game ($60) so... I don't know how well that one will pan out.

While I'll add it since I didn't discriminate against price, you do still have to buy the game itself.  Plus, on consoles such as the PS4, it's only free if you buy the online services (IE Playstation Plus).

You can pirate the original version, it limits pvp but does everything else quite nicely. But I see your point. Tera's free and ftp. ^.^

*PC version that is. Pirating and trying to rom anything on playstation is ridiculously impossible and hair pulling.

And of course, please keep it legal if some of these games normally have a price tag attached to them.

Actually I think it's a great change, especially when you consider that ESO has often been on sale for as cheap as $15 on Steam. Now that they've removed the subscription I don't know if that will remain the case in future sales, but if it does I'll almost certainly try it out. I'm not opposed to buying a game or paying a subscription, but I am opposed to both...it's like buying a bed and then being told you have to pay every night you sleep in it, lol.

But I think it's a good change for players.

I like the change as well, though when it comes out on the PS4, it looks like they're charging the full $59 for it, which considering it's the exact same as the other versions (aside from it having all the patches/updates), that's a bit silly considering how much the PC version costs now.

This is why a PC beats a console every time.

It's true, there are exceptions as noted in previous threads.  If they are games that aren't available in stores or are considered Abandonware, then go ahead and download them.  They don't tend to look at downloading NES games seriously, for example, because Nintendo isn't getting little profit to almost no profit from old games these days, for example, compared to what they're getting from their recent games.  However, they do tend to look at those who download the titles that are still a cash cow for the companies, such as the recent ES games as well as other popular and newer titles.

If they're being sold in stores still and have a price tag attached to them, then by all means suggest them, but don't suggest pirating them.  This is a dishonest trend that robs the companies that you're taking that game from of their profit, and this is how companies lose money so they can't continue to bring you the games you're taking from them.

If you wish to press this topic, please do so out of here, because as I said, I don't condone pirating as people can and have gotten in trouble for it, and therefore am not going to talk it in here, so please do not suggest it in here.
