For some reason, I cannot edit or modify my posts. Is this normal, or am I just doing something wrong?

Do you have the modify button at the bottom of your posts and you get an error when you click, or the button just doesn't show up at all?

Apparently the quick functions aren't working. I didn't even see that other modify button.
