I have to agree with Wintermoot on this.  The fact that we're arguing slight technicalities in this is a bit absurd.

Law is all about splitting hairs. And our law only applies to our citizens... So, there's that for the example of splitting hairs absurdly...
Literally law is only about specificity and literal or lateral thinking that's what my favorite thing about it is!

I was splitting hairs sarcastically. My point is that anyone with enough time on their hands can find something split hairs about in the law. In fact, that's a major thing going on with Obamacare at the moment. However, it's reasonable to assume that Wintreath law only grants rights within Wintreath, as the government of Wintreath has no ability to grant rights inside other regions, and to even attempt to do so would be a violation of those regions' sovereignty. I can't think of any region that grants rights outside of their own regions...

This proposal would make it a crime for Wintrean Citizens to provide military support or to join the leadership of Nazi regions and organizations. I think given their extreme ideology of hatred, this should be a reasonable declaration that we will not embrace active supporters of Nazis in the region as well as a message from at least one region that it is not acceptable in the greater gameplay community. There are some things that cross the line, and this is one of them.

And it's really that simple.
