I have to say that it creates some issues...as you are Harry's little brother, you share his IP address, which would normally be a cause to fail the security check we run before granting Citizenship. It doesn't help that Harry has been caught previously trying to register Citizenship on a second account, either.

I'm going to have to take some time and consult with some others and also see how other regions deal with situations such as this. In the meantime, feel free to post in our culture areas as those are open to all.

Jase, I am logging in mostly from my cellphone, also we live in different cities.. I still have the same IP?

His registration IP is the same as yours. However, it appears he's on a new IP now...

How is that possible? Does the location still remains the same?
