1. This is titled Procedural Rules of the Underhusen Amendment VII

Amendments
2. Section 14, subsection e, shall be amended to read as follows:

(e) The Speaker must select a Speaker Pro Tempore within one week of being elected. Should the Speaker fail to select a Speaker Pro Tempore then the Speaker Pro Tempore is the candidate that got the second most amount of votes, in the election of the Speaker; should there have been an election with more than one candidate then, in the event of a tie for second place, the Speaker must choose one of the candidates. If the speaker fails to do so the monarch is to choose a Speaker Pro Tempore out of the tied candidates. Furthermore should there have been no other candidates in the election of the speaker, then one will be chosen at random from the members of the Underhusen, excluding the Speaker.

3. Section 8 shall be amended with subsection b which reads:

(b) Should there only be one candidate running that one candidate is to be speaker at the end of the nomination period. There shall be no voting period in this instance.

This is mainly to fix a small issue with SPT selection and Speaker selection.

Anywho this shall remain open for 48-hours for debate, unless expedited. Afterwards this shall head to a vote, if there is no motion to extend debate.

Edit: Added in a few more clauses (Lack of other members running and lack of selection by the Speaker.)

"...is the candidate that got the second most amount of votes..." I'd love a clarification here that says which vote matters, if it's the vote for speaker or the entire election for the UH.

"...in the event of a tie in that category..." You should probably add something along the lines of "...or if there only was one candidate for Speaker..." to establish procedure for that too.

And lastly, what if the speaker doesn't choose a SPT after one week, then there's a tie, and then the speaker doesn't choose someone within a week?

I feel that the comma after tie is unnecessary, that you should write Speaker Pro Tempore in it's entirety and that there might be a bigger tie than between two people.

It was meant to read

(comma after then and after place)

I expanded Speaker PT and I did fix the placement of two(the two was an accident)
