Over time as the region has grown and aged, we've made a number of archive forums to house topics that are no longer of active interest:

-Underhusen Archive
-Overhusen Archive
-Election Archive (Tomb of Elections Past)
-Constitutional Convention Archive
-Public Riksråd Archive
-Private Riksråd Archive
-The Civil Service Archive
-The WA Archive (Previous Proposals)
-Private Military Archives

This makes for nine separate sub-forums, and we may have a few more soon. I would like to open a discussion on how to best handle these forums. I am considering creating an archive forum in the administration section that would house these archive subforums, which would help clear up the more active forums. Are there any thoughts or ideas about the issue or my proposed solution?

If there are no objections stated, I will proceed with this plan tomorrow.

I like the idea. It would remove some clutter from the subforums and centralize the archives.

How about an archive forum to house dead roleplays?

I've been meaning to talk to Pengu about that one. The problem there is that if we house the dead roleplays, the roleplay forum will be empty.

That is concerning but having a roleplay forum littered with inactive threads that have near to zero possibility of revival isn't exactly the best image either ...

Yeah, at this point even if we were to restart RPs they'd have to be clean so there's no point in holding the dead weight... *cough* Superheroes one *cough*

Well I would suggest to store as well all the proposed ideas of festivals and reforms that they were never passed. Who knows what the future have for us.
