Welcome to the first nomination topic for Citizen of the month. As stated in the idea topic, this contest is for the selection of a Citizen that has gone above and beyond in some way...really stood out and improved the region in the last month. The winner will be the subject of an interview distributed within and outside the region, and have their very own masking to show they are the Citizen of the month, with the colour of their choice.

In this topic, please nominate Citizens you feel are deserving of this honour, along with an explanation of why. You may nominate any Citizen other than yourself. Nominations will close on midnight, February 1st, 2015.

I'd like to nominate Pengu.  He's been an exceptional Jarl of Culture since taking the position at the beginning of this month.  The activity levels in cultural areas has grown immensely, especially with the development of Werewolf and revival of many other traditional cultural events we've known. 

He's also Chairman of the Overhusen, despite only being in the region for 4 months.
