Shelter's Taco Island, one of their forums. As I understand it, it's a free-wheeling area for just about anything, from forum span to WA resolution discussion.

Of course, XKI's forum structure confuses me to no end.

Oh it pretty much is a spam forum for games and stuff...admitting there was a RP element before i was there but i helped make some threads what they are today at least.

Also no super restrictive rules allows a lot of stuff to be done, i will attach a link when i have a chance.

it is possible...i cannot describe others regions but what you pretty much described is the current state taco island is in right now.

In any case, I intend to just make the forum and let the community run with it...one of its assets I think is that it will not be centrally managed, so it won't go inactive if one person goes inactive. I personally think that adding laws and regional divisions and all that will make it overly complicated, but...it'll be out of my hands once created.

Except for the palace topic, of course.

Admiting it is home to some spam boards and games but others seemingly take a mild dip into the RP area of things.
