I meant it would make it only easier to have Barnes plant the bug for you...

Colberius X gets up from his table without a word and goes behind the bar.  He then returns to his seat with a much stronger drink, as all of this back and forth is starting to give him a headache.

-sighs and and gets a permanent marker and hop up on the counter and begins writing on the menu hanging there-

"NO MILITARY ACTIVITY AND OR SURVEILLANCE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BAR"

-turns to look out at the guests and goes back to writing-

"ANY SUCH ACTIVITY WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL by godmod"

The Tavern and the area surrounding are blessed in a manner and should be safe from any such activity that will need your form of expertise.

Oh and Barnes, I am not up to date on the local law to be honest but seeing as its a frozen, possibly hostile environment outside of my doors I personally have a couple of handy trinkets hidden away throughout the tavern. So I assume the laws are rather lax.

A figure covered completely in a white cloak and cowl enters the tavern and sits at the bar.
"Give me the weakest drink you have, distilled with a gallon of water."
(by her voice you can tell its a she)

-pulls out a gallon jug of water and a bottle of Arbor Mist, takes a eye dropper and drops a single drop of the wine in the water-

"That is literally the weakest thing i can think of..."

-takes a large gulp
"Still a bit to strong for my taste, but I'm feeling adventurous today."
