The confused looking wizard apprentice had recently taken up a part time job as a waiter. As someone stepped through the door, he bowed and regurgitated the welcoming speech, "Welcome to Frostbite Tavern, the one stop shop to warm your bones, shake the snow off your coat and have a drink or two."

Oh, I'm so glad someone took over from Aubrey...I was worried I would have to do my drinking alone in my chambers.

Oh thanks god! Since I wasn't hearing anything from inside I tought it was closed or something. But I did hear snoring...

* After closing the door, I hang the coat on a peghook as I straighten my dress and shake of some snowflake*

Yeah, the proprietor has been gone for some time...off on some expedition in some place called 'real life'. Doesn't interest me at all.

I'm not used to the snow.

You'll get used to it...it's wonderful! I never get tired of watching it drift down to the ground...and it makes for great sleigh riding and skiing, though I'm not that into the physical activity aspect of it.
