I will, every day for the next week until the election is finished, try to independently from the viewpoint from an observer try to interpret the election results available in the voting thread.
One vote is 4%, 5 people have voted.
The biggest thing we can see so far is that Chanku and Govindia has hurt each other's chances to be elected after the fighting in their campaign threads.

I'd say that's a fair analysis.  However, nobody is more than a vote away from the top 5.  Also, really neat idea here, Hugsim.

To be honest I kinda realized that

It's interesting that abstain is such a contender at the moment. It would seem that a lot of people aren't fully happy with the slate of candidates they were presented with.

You don't have access to private votes though?

You are also a candidate yourself in the election so drawing conclusions on other candidates is highly subjective.

What I do find funny is that 1. Reon and Denth hadn't campaigned much, if at all and still got votes, and 2. Reon is still part of the OH......

It is surprising to see so many abstenstions with this large if a field of candidates.

What's the problem with me still being in the OH? We reappoint after every single election... It's not a for life position... It's the same term time as a UH member...

It's a valid concern, but I'm trying to keep what I say in this thread independent. Please point out if you feel that I'm being partial.



Current results: Hugsim, Reon, Joshua and Denth directly elected, runoff for the fifth and last place held between Govindia, Ulkhak, Chanku and Tatte.
It's a very close race right now, with four candidates on the same number of votes tied for the fifth spot. It's also not far up to the two candidates above them, with Denth being only one vote ahead of the four-way competition and Joshua one vote ahead of Denth. No-one is safe yet.
