Generally I keep to myself, that's just how I am. I tend to not talk to others unless I need too, besides I normally write most of the bills alone, I didn't do that initially but it just leads to less headaches for me when writing bills(an example was the ASEFA which I wrote with others that ended up badly). I just found it was easier to write and work on something myself, if other skrifa want to talk or work on what I'm working on then I'll let them, however I'm not going to message someone out of the blue to work on a bill, unless of course I view it as necessary an example is the Right to Representation Act that I plan on re-writing.

This is always how I've conducted myself in the Underhusen and how the Underhusen generally works from what I can see. Again this is just how I am, I find it easier to write bills myself, and then work with others to make sure it's ready after writing it. Again I tend to lurk more than do anything.

A lot of you may be wondering why you should vote for me, well I've say it plain and simple. I've done a lot for the region. While there have been times that I've acted rashly, which is mainly what lead to my recall, I can tell you that I will try not to act that way again. I've spearheaded and have lead the Underhusen several times. I have written some of the passed legislation, at times with help. I've written and passed: Citizenship and Demonym Act, the Charax Romanov Act, and UH Procedural Rules Amendment II Amendment III and Amendment V. Of course I did have some help like with the Citizenship and Demonym Act in which I have to thank Denth for helping write most of the bill in the final form. I also wrote a good portion of the Fundamental Laws and I helped create the Sunshine Policy that is now in place indirectly.

 I wrote Anti-Spying and Election Fraud Act, which was the first law to attempt to criminalize Spying, and election Fraud. I also have to thank Horse as he helped write the bill. First Day of Wintrean Legislature Act,designed to create the first Wintrean Holiday based on the first session of the Underhusen. The  Representation Rights and Procedure Act,designed to give Wintreans the right to representation and define the procedures to be used. Default Seats of the Underhusen Act, designed to prevent a time when the Underhusen hasn't passed a seating act for the next underhusen. The Freedom of Information Act, and Freedom of Information Requests Act designed to increase governmental transparency, this helped lead to the Sunshine Policy that is now in place. I wrote a version of the Code of Criminal Laws(The second version introduced into the UH, the first being Denth's).

I've also written bad bills like the Nox Demonym Act, the ASEFA, and the Bill that lead to my recall the Amendment to Royal Decree #002. The Nox Demonym Act was mainly a joke, albeit I should have never introduced it. The ASEFA was a good idea, but it was written horribly. And the Amendment to Royal Decree #002 speaks for itself.

I have always stood firm in my beliefs, but have tried to not impose my views to broadly, although at times I have failed. I'm also understanding, and willing to vote for a bill if I view it as the best way to avoid conflict within Wintreath, although I have failed at this as well sometimes.

I plan on attempting to help bring more changes to the Underhusen, and to help increase transparency when running for elected positions. I fully wish to create a list of holidays for Wintreath. I also plan on having each Wintrean have the right to representation in some form. I also plan on making sure that, in some form, there will never be an instance where there is no seats defined for the next Underhusen Session. I stand to work with the monarch and to increase transparency in the regional government in some form or another.

So I must ask of all you, the voters, not only to ask what Wintreath can do for you but what you can do for Wintreath. I also urge all of you to vote not on popularity, but instead to vote based on Politics, and to vote for those that you believe are the best vote on political policy first and foremost. I have never acted against Wintreath only for it, I have always tried to better it, even if I was misguided at times. However I can promise you, the citizens and voters of Wintreath that a vote for me will not be wasted, that I have a vision for an even better Wintreath.

Yes I took one swipe at you, however I feel it was just. I have learned from my mistakes. I'm tempted to make another swipe at you, but I won't. Although I feel a few swipes are fair when you attempted to assassinate my character.

So...you're saying that he's assassinated your character, and then you link to a topic in which the purpose was to talk about how bad Gov is and how an initiative should be passed to have him banned from the region? And his character assassination attempt was him defending from your assassinating of his own character!

Technically it wasn't to ban him from the region, it was because of the fact that he had personally attacked me in IRC several times and I wanted this behavior to stop, so I made an initiative in which I voiced my concerns and petitioned for a redress of grievances.

The fact of the matter is that you're claiming "Character assassination." Yet clearly in that topic you're the one making the first blow.

The content of his post doesn't even matter.  You were trying to get an initiative passed that "at the very least" would get him punished, though I'm sure you were hoping for more otherwise you wouldn't have stated it.  But something like that is like punching someone in the face.  It's surprising to you that the person you just punched might swing a little harder at you?

Put yourself on the other side for a minute.  If this was Gov attempting to pass an initiative on you for the exact same reasons, I'm pretty sure you'd respond in a similar way.  Hell, I'm actually a little surprised because if it was me, I would have came out actually slandering your character far worse than things like how you must clearly hate animals.

Don't get me wrong.  I'm staying out of taking either side on this whole Gov Vs. Chanku grudge match, but you can't attempt to pass something to condemn someone, "punish" them, or get them banned from a region, and then claim "character assassination" if they're not too happy about what you just did.  That's just a cut and dry case of the pot calling the kettle black.

I do admit that perhaps some of it was justified, however the whole me vs gov thing began a while ago,however he had attacked me several times, so in reality that thread as due to his attacks, that was my reaction to his attacks, and due to the fact that the Storting didn't take up my legal case. The initiative itself was also due to frustration with gov claiming that he wasn't wrong in anything he does, and that his points are always logical, even when they aren't.
