As I have already said, I was asking a question.

I actually did have the ability to appeal.  However, that's a separate matter not related here.

People can place trust in founders and executives, but people shouldn't blindly trust others or put blind trust in their governments.  People shouldn't be lemmings.

If you had the ability to appeal, why are you bringing it up as an example here?

To be blunt, people don't have any choice, except to trust their founder or not be in their region, because they are the founder and you can't legislate a founder in virtually any region. That's just the way things are, and nothing you say or do is going to change that.

Why not?  You seem to have this notion that decisions shouldn't be questioned. They should be questioned.  Again, it goes back to what I said.  People shouldn't blindly trust someone.  There is always a functional need for a judicial system.  Just because you may not like it doesn't mean it would be useful for the region. 

Also, you are speculating heavily there on the notion that someone would use said proceedings to troll and poke at the region, without having any basis to do so.  That's conjecture.

You seriously have to ask that? Why not? Because the founder has access to the founder account, usually has the root forum admin account, and is usually the owner of all regional off-site properties. And more specifically, most regional Constitutions specifically don't allow the regional governments to be involved in administration affairs. It's not a 'notion that I seem to have', it's a basic principle of how virtually all regions are ran.
