Hello everyone, I am finally going to run for the Underhusen again.

I bring experience as someone in NS governmental affairs at various levels.  I have served as a legislator elsewhere and I can bring my legislative skills here. 

Not just by writing legislation, but also voting on what's sensible and practical with the region, and standing firm on principles.

I may be new to the region as I've not been in the Overhusen, Underhusen, or Riksrad, but I am not new to NS. 

I hope that my veteran years of experience will definitely help.

What would you say to people that believe you're not someone that can get things done? To people that point out your nation RP that's been in development for 10 months,for example? Also, hypothetically, do you believe that you can maintain objectivity if the Underhusen were to discuss a treaty with a region that's banned you in the past? It's no secret how you feel about the GRA, for example.

When I am tasked with something and given a strict deadline IRL, I focus all my attention to it unless multi-tasking, where I then focus based on priority.   What happened when I was working on RP was a lesson learned.  Other things got in the way and I will make sure not to repeat that.  I still want to help develop nation-based RP, but the focus right now is having a stable legislature and working to resolve any legislative issues, which I've outlined in Pengu's question thread.

I can maintain objectivity.  After the clarifications about the concerns I had with the TRR treaty, I support it.  I also support the Lazarus treaty we have and I'm not welcome there.  If the treaty states something like someone has to be banned from here, then I'm obviously going to oppose it.  Yes, I can be objective.  Hope that answers your question?

Hi JAG, welcome back

I have several legislative plans in mind.  The first thing I noticed is namely, that bills of attainder and ex post facto laws should not be allowed in Wintreath, but there is no provision for that, and I feel that protections from such laws should be put in place because that is a gaping loophole that could be open to abuse.  My other legislative goals include the following:

• Establish a draft template that would clearly show changes to existing legislation any amendments make.
• Ensure our Riksrad is accountable to the people by requiring them to publish a report of what they have done and what their plan is in the long term.  I also believe that at some point, earlier Riksrad discussion should be declassified for public viewing for the people to understand any governmental decisions made in the past.
• Introduce legislation that would establish a proper glossary of Nordic terms so we have an understanding of what the proper term for government areas would be.  We still have yet to establish that standard.
