1. Title
  1.1 This shall be titled the Royal Decree #002: Concerning Recent   
        Events in Osiris Amendment I.

2. Amendments
  2.1 This shall nullify 'section' 1 of Decree #002 for a period of 1
        Storting term. After this period the Storting shall be tasked with
        either extending this time frame, re-instating Section 1 of Royal
        Decree #002, or removing the time frame from this law.
        2.1.1 The Re-evaluation of this Bill shall not come in the form of an
                amendment, but the bill must be passed again. Should it not
                pass then this amendment shall be void

Can we really task a whole other region to form relations with us? Shouldn't we take the initiative?

I also have to echo Denth Kasten's concerns in the other thread. We have opposed them. Forming relations doesn't seem beneficial.

Well I've removed that statement. This essentially causes the Government of Wintreath to recognize the OFO now.

While true we have opposed them in the past, we have at least 2 Wintreans that I know of in the OFO, one of them being the Pharaoh of the OFO, aka the delegate and head of state of the region.

To be honest we don't have to form any relations with them, since I removed that statement(I don't know what I was thinking, although I was tired when I wrote this up).

Also I would like to point out that this also gives power to the next session, the 7th Storting, to decide if we should still recognize them or not(assuming this passes).

I have decided to recsidn this bill. SO therefor this is not to be considered.
