1. This shall be titled Repeal "Statement on Wintreathan Mobilization in
    Defense of Lazarus" Act

Repealed Sections
2. This shall annul "Statement on Wintreathan Mobilization in Defense of
    Lazarus", as passed by the 5th Underhusen.

This is mainly to repeal the Statement on Wintreathan Mobilization in Defense of Lazarus given last term. (Just formal)

The main reason is the fact that the war is over, and as such we should repeal it.

Also this now has the 48 hour debate period, unless expedited. After the 48 hour period a Skrifa may motion to extend the debate, bring this to a vote or table it.
