  Hello all, I am Chanku. First off my platform is based on two things: Bettering the Storting and Wintreath and Equality. During this past Session, as the Chairman of the Overhusen, I watched as we had a rather inactive Storting, which is somewhat good. However they have also seemed to ignore certain things in the Citizens Platform. I promise to try not to allow that to happen. I also have noticed that it seems the bill for the seats of the next Underhusen is rather late or rushed usually. There are also several other small issues that I have as well.

• I will try refine Underhusen procedure.
• I will try to resolve the legal gray area that could come about by the Storting declaring someone Persona Non Grata.
• I will also try and resolve the question if the Storting can actually Declare someone Persona Non Grata.
• I will try and rewrite and pass the Right of Representation Act, an act that would allow someone to pick a lawyer.
• I will try to represent Wintreans, even if I dislike them.
• I will attempt to amend the fundamental laws to allow people not in the Storting to be a judge.
• I will try to resolve and prevent an event where the Underhusen is unable to pass a Seating Bill in time for the elections.

In short these are my promises, I promise to attempt to help Wintreath become better and to help us grow as a community and as a region through the Storting.

I'm guessing this is your resignation from the Overhusen then?

You'd have to reappoint me anyway, as per the fundamental laws, plus the term still isn't technically over, and since this is elections. I have not resigned from the Overhusen technically.

Still, it's regrettable that you couldn't provide advance notice that you were leaving the Overhusen as a courtesy as everyone else has.

Actually this was somewhat of a last-minute decision, hell I didn't even think that standing for Underhusen was going to occur today....

Generally in politics you dont aim to try or attempt. You typically promise to do an act, but here you are only promising to attempt to try. Why would we want someone in the Underhusen who would simply try or attempt things? We the people demand results!
