I have a question: If you had to interrogate someone what tool would you use? A) A bone saw to slowly cut off his/her limbs B) Use a chain saw and slowly put it next to his/her neck C) Grab 12K needles and put them through out his/her body without any painless pills, or meds?

But if you didn't do what was put out for you, you would be killed by millions of streaming bullets! 

PS: This can be someone you hate or a long-term enemy or even a dictator...

Well if we are taking the stereotypical "interrogate" that includes torture, which as I so lovely (and incompletely loll) quote from Trevor (GTA V) "torture isn't for answers, it's fun for the torturer!"

But, if we are talking torture. I wouldn't mind doing that to some people.
It would be with a razor blade, a thousand tiny cuts.

I'd put them in one of those machines that pulls their arms and legs out of their sockets. Then I'd whip them raw and pour rubbing alcohol on their wounds. Next I'd cut out their eyes one at a time with a blunt knife. The, for the fun of it, I'd burn the inside of their mouth with a blowtorch. Next I'd pull their teeth one at a time. For the end part I'd cut off their head with fifty swings of a blunt axe.

Call me simple, but if it was a guy I was interrogating I'd just use the Casino Royale method:

I would take a much less violent route...they would receive continuous blowjobs and sexual stimulation, but would not be allowed to cum until they had submitted and given all the information required. If possible they would receive something to make sure they couldn't, just to be completely sure. As time went on, this could also include other forms of stimulation meant to add onto the torturous pleasure.

I've seen some pretty crazy devices that cut off a guy's ability to ejaculate. That looks like the most painful/pleasureful torture of all.

Yeah, no.  Torture is inhumane.  Every act of torture sets civil rights, law enforcement, military intelligence, etc. back like fifty years.  There's just no room for it in modern intelligence science.
