Down to the important bits, I suppose.

Thank you for the nomination, first off.  I have only been here for a short time, but I've come to really like this place.  No other region I've been a part of (there's been more than a few) has had so many well-mannered people working together in such a fashion.  I've been most impressed by the Monarch, who I would serve proudly should I be elected.  But why SHOULD I be elected, you ask?  Well, I've noticed many great things about this nation, but also some things that need to change if this region is to reach its full potential.  There are nearly five hundred nations in this region, yet I'm seeing perhaps ten or so folks making the majority of forum posts.  I'm seeing things promised but never delivered.  I believe that the Storting, in cooperation with the Jarls and the Monarch, can increase regional activity, rebuild the forums, and foster a new level of activity for the region.  Together, We Can!

Congratulations on your nomination PB! And good call, whoever nominated you. Very smart decision, must have been an intelligent and attractive individualANYWAY -

You note how promises by the government have been made but never delivered upon. Saying that you will is one thing. Might I ask how you plan on doing so?

To Stacky, I'll submit that I might not have the greatest understanding of Wintreathan government, but, if elected, I will do everything in my power as a Skrifa to spur activity and make these forums buzz again. I understand a lot of that has to do with the summer lull, but I predict that this term (going into the fall) will be very important in setting the stage for increased activity later in the year. I have a few ideas, but I'm not sure about how to go about them yet. Hopefully my future colleagues will be able to help with that. From what I'm reading, there are a lot of great ideas circulating for next term. I'm excited to get to work on them.
