Hey I'm Chanku, and most of you should know me, but for those who don't here's some information about me:

• I have been Both Jarl of Foreign Affairs and Jarl of Information
• I have served in the Underhusen
• I helped create the Underhusen
• I am the oldest native in the region.

Anywho like I always do I promise to act as the voice of the people, and look over each and every bill submitted into the Citizen's Platform. I also aim at introducing Term Limits for the Underhusen, clarifying some language in the Code of Laws, and reintroducing a revised Right to Representation act, along with a few other ideas as well.  If you have any questions you may ask me.

Update: I have decided as well to propose an amendment to the Fundamental laws, which would prevent amendments to the Fundamental Laws and regular laws from being mixed together(which has occurred with Royal Titled and Styles Act), and this should have been fixed a while ago, although this should only help to prevent laws like that from being passed and written in the future, due to the fact that in itself is a legal grey area in Wintreath that should be fixed.

Update 2: Alright so I have decided to propose a Fundamental Laws Amendment that would change the Judiciary up Slightly, adding in a second court that will be designed to only hear cases on the Legality of Laws when it comes to the Fundamental Laws. This way it will prevent potential conflict of interests from occurring when the sorting hears cases on laws. This amendment will be added and will only add a few small parts, requiring the sorting to set up procedure. I have also decided to clarify procedure on starting a lawsuit by amending the Judicial Offices Act(or introducing a new law).

In the past, you have been removed from at least one of your positions due to inactivity that I am aware of. Are you committed to being active if you succeed in obtaining a seat?

Yes. If you look at my history I've always been active while I am in the Underhusen.

If we look at your history, you were active as a Jarl, before you stopped being active.

I don't live in the past, I am asking about your future.

When I was active as a Jarl I was also in the Underhusen.

Lets see the fact that I know how the system works, and I know the Fundamental Laws extremely well, plus I have had a bit more experience with the system itself. This will be beneficial as I can point out where a bill might conflict with the Fundamental Laws, and where it might not, and I can help write bills to be better in some areas. This should increase the quality of bills higher than it already is.

because regular laws and Fundamental Law amendments are not to be mixed as both require different protocols. For example with Fundamental Law Amendments it has to be approved by the Winter Nomad, the Monarch, it has to pass the sorting, and also pass the vote of citizens. With regular laws it just needs to pass the Sorting. If those two are mixed then if the part that amends the Fundamental Laws just void, or is all of it void?

And what possibly more important problems do you intend to fix?

As I have before, I will work on the issues as they come up.(I will respond further later, I'm really tired atm).

If the two are mixed the law would be required to pass all requirements for both parts or the entire thing would be void... That's how laws work. That's very simple.

And okay, I respect your exhaustion but I do want an answer later.

Simple this way we allow new members to run for Underhusen and help promote new players to take it up. It also gives former Skrifa a chance at reconnecting with the problems, as after a while you can get 'disconnected'.
